The five steps of the RINTT™ Method

RINTT™ is delivered in a structured five-step process that allows you to move steadily from uncovering the root cause through to building resilience for the future.

  1. Root Reveal
    Every symptom has a story. This stage is about identifying the subconscious imprint or original sensitising event that is driving your current struggles. Using hypnotherapy, emotion mapping, and NLP, hidden patterns are uncovered so they can be brought into awareness and understood.
  2. Inner Integration
    Stored emotions stay with you until they are processed. Through EFT, Parts Work, and inner child dialogue, you can safely release the trapped emotional energy. This restores a sense of balance and begins to create the inner safety needed for change.
  3. Neural Rewiring
    Once emotional release has taken place, the brain is ready for new patterns. Hypnotic suggestion, future visualisation, NLP anchoring, and personalised audios help install supportive beliefs and reinforce them through repetition.

Will I be under someone else’s control in hypnotherapy?
No. Hypnotherapy is a state of focused attention and relaxation. You remain fully aware and in charge at all times. Think of it as guided focus, not mind control.

Is RINTT™ suitable for me if I’ve already tried counselling or CBT?
Yes. Many people come to RINTT™ after trying talking therapies or CBT. Those approaches often provide useful insight, but they don’t always reach the subconscious imprints that drive repeating patterns. RINTT™ goes deeper to reimprint the root cause while still offering practical tools.

Can RINTT™ help with physical symptoms like IBS or chronic tension?
Yes. Because the mind and body are so closely connected, subconscious imprints often show up as physical symptoms. By addressing the underlying emotional charge and calming the nervous system, many clients notice relief in both emotional and physical wellbeing.

Do you offer online sessions?

That’s very common, and you don’t need to know before starting. RINTT™ uses safe techniques such as hypnotic regression and emotion mapping to uncover subconscious imprints gently and effectively, even if they are outside of your conscious memory.

Yes. RINTT™ is a trauma-informed approach designed to work at your pace. The process always prioritises felt safety and emotional regulation, ensuring you are supported without being overwhelmed.
